When applying for dsc it is asking challenge code, which gets generated after all documents are submitted and processed. Also there is no option to pick product key. If these issues are fixed then it will be helpful.

Update app so that we may apply for paper-less DSC and make the procedure little simple by doing away with two otp's and email verification. One otp and video verification should be enough for issuance of DSC. It is so hectic now a days to apply for paper-less DSC.

In eMpartner app, challenge code for the DSC can be created at the initial stage, secondly application's can be applied without the product key where the product key need to be selected in the option called manage application. This makes the apps easy and efficient to USE.

There is no option to submit documents in PDF for prescruitny of application. Needs more improvement. Plus please enable option for precheck from Mobile app
