now functions in offline mode, once data is loaded--- can continue to check in attendees if internet connection lost. app will automatically transmit new data to server on reconnection. is still necessary to restart application after regaining connection to acquire new data from server since connection was lost. now with complete real-time communication between all mobile devices and server. a few minor bug fixes
