This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing The Happy Co. on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

I am a Brand Partner in Australia. This app has never worked for Australians or New Zealander's - only if you had downloaded it while in the USA, so only 2 Aussies that went to conference in 2019 had it. When we did the switchover I along with countless other Australians have been unable to use it. We can download the app from the online store, however we cannot log in or use the video functionalities as they were intended. I'm assuming VERB didn't program our IP in correctly somehow. Can this please be looked at ASAP. It's a bigger issue than just saying email our support line. Thanks.

Some glitches with the new business video launched in April. I now have two in the app and one doesn't work. It would be nice to get rid of it. The app keeps logging me out. I would like to be able to send to LinkedIn instead of copy and pasting.

The app won't work since the switch over. I did the forgot password thing and went to the link it sent me and its crashing and going back to my email or text. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and it's still not working :(

Since the change over, I can not log into my app. Magic link sends me to the app and immediately shuts down. I've used my dist # and email. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled numerous times. HELP! 🙂
