Error 401 - the app does not refresh - what to do?

They jacked my funds with the beta app. I had 1.2 millions token and they took it offline, I have no access to my funds. I'm not the only one they did this too. Everyone who stored tokens on the beta app got jack. When I asked about it on telegram, they deleted my comments and blocked me from investors chat.

After registering a user name and password to use this app i have used it to store my etnxp now i am unable to claim my electronero lite and electonero gold because the user and password i have registrered for this app does not work with webnero because for this app there was no pin when i registered only when i have signed in the app.Also there is no way to export your private keys.I have tried to get an anwser on telegram but i only got banned.The almighty dev does not care to help.
