I have tried updating the eKYC but it stops when it reaches the phone number verification section . It ask for otp but despite of innumerable attempts,I never succeeded in receiving a otp on my ph. Tried changing 3 handset still the same.called the customer care number of the ph number provided but till now no result. I have even mail the support but no reply yet. Please help

Cannot update my bank details.. Everytime i tried it says try after 24 hours. It is still not working even after trying for many days.

It is not working. After I put my father's mobile number to get the OTP in 5 steps verification process it is not working. I have clicked on the 'Proceed' option many times but some number e.g. EZ_000027 is showing below the number

OTP not received, doing Signature is very difficult without any special device like S Pen or Apple Pencil which maybe incompatible with other phones.
