Does not work... You can take a picture, categorize the hazard, describe it and then the app fails to take the GPS data from Google maps. Fine, you enter them manually. Then you try to upload and nothing happens. You try to sync, it asks you to sign in. Wait, I'm already signed in aren't I, or how does it know my name? Anyway, one star for the design.
