Using RouteTrak is simple:
• Download manifest data from your system to the handheld unit.
• Handheld unit contains complete delivery information (customer name, address, etc.) for each stop.
• At delivery, driver confirms piece count. RouteTrak captures an electronic signature with automatic time and date stamp. RouteTrak generates alerts for incorrect packages or unit counts.
• Wirelessly synchronize RouteTrak. Delivery information — signature, unit counts, etc. — is uploaded to the server, where it becomes available to everyone in your organization.
