Payment Processing (literally the only thing I use this app for) consistently turns up an unspecified error. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. This app USED to work great, then they updated everything; now, it doesn't work at all. I'd give it 0/5 stars if I could. You're legally the only utilities company allowed in Easton. I'd have left you guys YEARS ago if I could. But, since we're stuck together, the least you could do is make your stuff work. You know, the thing we're forcibly required to pay you for.
