I have no complaints with this shipping company, nor their app. Pre-alerts are a breeze. I can edit and upload my invoice the way I can and it all works out. As soon as amazon alerts me that my package have been delivered, the app sends me an alert as well. I love it. Invoices to pick up your packages are right there in the app. Keep it up Ezone.

I've been using eZone for more than a year now and did not have any issues until now. Ordered an item, emailed them to confirm the estimated costs and they said ~$120. Item arrives and they say "Oops, its actually $600" Spoke with management and they refused to absorb the cost or do anything about it. If they decide to fix their mistake or at least do something to help, I will update this review.
