This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing MyModules on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. I have been using this app for the entire 2011 season and can say it is easy to use and works very well. The gin is able to see exactly where each module is located and the grower can track the modules progress from field pickup to bale quality reports from each module. This is much more efficient than calling.

MyModules is an eCotton product from EWR, Inc.

Cotton producers can register new cotton modules and have them transmitted to the gin automatically, with GPS coordinates if you like.

View the status of all of your modules.

View summary status of all of your bales.

*** IMPORTANT RESTRICTIONS (read before purchasing):

*** Your gin must be subscribed to CottonHost (an eCotton service) in order for you to send or receive any module data.

*** This app will function during the current cotton crop year only. It expires at the end of the crop year in July. In future crop years, you can purchase an activation key from within the app to continue using it.

- Fixed a problem with the map/satellite buttons stacking instead of replacing one another.
- Fixed: The Mostly Round Modules setting was only affecting the 1st module entered.
