Secure Messaging is a powerful, cloud-based secure communications and information management solution that provides real-time message tracking and control, secure large file sharing and e-signature provisioning, and jurisdictional compliance using existing email addresses and infrastructure. It requires no enterprise-level installation and allows administrators to globally manage compliance policies on any device.

Secure Messaging enables users to easily create and manage secure messages without the need to store confidential and sensitive data on their devices.
- Read and compose secure messages;
- Track and control messages and attachments using features such as real-time tracking, reply freeze, forward freeze, total message recall, and more.
- Request and provide secure e-signatures and securely share large files in the cloud.

NOTE: Secure Messaging is free for all licensed users; at this time, we do not offer a consumer version of our product for personal use. To log in to the Secure Messaging app, you need to be a subscriber to at least one Secure Messaging portal. Organizations use Secure Messaging to ensure secure communications internally and externally with clients and partners. You must first receive an invitation to join a Secure Messaging portal to use this app. Please contact your IT administrator if you need a subscription.
