Negative comments about this app are not entirely correct. It is simple and provides basic functionality. However, the process to get your device connected to your WiFi is cumbersome. It will connect eventually, but the app tells you it hasn't, after 3 minutes. Have patience and eventually the WiFi symbol on the device will stop blinking and stay lit. At this moment the device is connected to you network. Go back and the device will show up. But this should be fixed. Not how it is suppose to be

The app works great for my Whisper Flex Smart. All the functionality is available and the fan responds every time without any perceivable delay. If I could make a suggestion to improve the app, it would be the addition of night mode. The all white design is pretty hard on the eyes in the dark.

Had a heck of a time connecting my device with a tablet, went to connect via phone and hey presto the fan connected, which was reflected on the Tablet app afterwards. . All in all a bit a mess around but it worked for me.

Does what it says, but really needs to show battery level and possibly moving the fall to desired level without turning on an off direction.

The app doesn't tell you much. I want to see a graph where I can see the changes every hour. I also want to see how much VOC'S and gasses are in the air. Needs an option to set silent mode (no beeps) for night time (Whisper Flex fan) and other occasions where you don't want to hear the changes. An excellent example is the Philips Clean Home + app, which shows much better and a lot more information 😏

Strong and robust app well connected and low latency, that's how I like my smart apps, thanks guys! Night mode for the duux blizzard could be more intuitive in my opinion, almost made me press it by hand but you have to slide up the bottom bar to get the option Edit: ALSO I really need a widget to control the duux blizzard, I have to open the app constantly to change the fan setting
