Updated review: app updates usage stats at about 25 hr delay. What a great tool to monitor your home use. And your usage in vacation home etc. The current bill cycle usage stats work again. Thanks Previous: App used to be good but the developer has had annoying bugs creep in that weren't there before. Some of these bugs are big, like the usage view. The current bill period usage is no longer visible and the developer NEVER fixes it. Been submitting the same bug report for 4 motnhs straight.

I can't leave it installed becuase it wont stop opening and making me use my fingerprint login, even when i force stop app.. So i have to uninstall after bill payment and repeat..

Geez! You guys had the app almost perfect before this most recent update, by allowing us to see the Current month's energy usage. It's much more helpful to see the numbers from the Current billing cycle usage, than to review the Last billing cycle which we can easily look at our bill to see. Change It so we can see the Current billing cycle's usage thus far!

App, service, and website are complete trash. Took me almost 4 days of waiting on hold to set up an account and get power to my new place, everything was supposed to be fixed by April 5 and here we are almost 20 days later. How the hell am I supposed to pay my bill, hell I can't even see it! I'm not going to be spending days on hold just to find how much my bill is to pay it. Get some competent people to fix this.

Don't know what the develpers did. But this app is a mess. When you try to log out you cant this needs to be fixed ASAP. If i could give it less than one star i would. It worked fine until someone tried to fine tune it. Put it back like it was.

The app was working just great until the last update. Now I can not sign in to my account nor report anything unless I go to the web site. Sick always having to reset my password.
