Slow. Crashes a lot. Freezes. Unstable. Needs biometrics for login. Get rid of excessively long splash screen at app startup. Needs faster backend database speeds. All convenience of app negated by the fact that it's so slow and cumbersome. Just get a notepad and paper and enter data on the desktop app in your browser.

One star simply because zero stars isn't an option. This program is slow and crashes alot.

Still unable to log in. Not a fan of having to access the site via my browser as it takes some time...course it is faster then waiting for the ap to log in...

Compared to how well the desktop version works, this app is garbage. The search and filter options are limited and poor. Oh yeah, when I scan a QR code on a part, the whole app shuts down (and it wasnt just my phone and tablet, that issue is plant wide). Display options aren't available either so you can't customize anything. The desktop version is great, the app is absolute garbage.

So much potential.... Sadly this app is one of the worst asset management apps I've ever worked with. The interface is tacky and outdated. The Load times take longer than the actual job. And, the entire system and way you interact with work orders in very inefficient. as a maintenance tech I would rather make a paper check list than deal with this app. 100% not user or mobile friendly.

Trouble scanning QR codes that were printed from Asset Essentials website. Maybe 1 out of 20 will scan. Tried multiple devices same problem on each. Used the 2x7 format. Used a different QR code reader and it was able to read the web address stored in the QR code every time. So I think the issue is with the Asset Essentials app not the QR codes.
