مرحبا انا من اول الناس اللي بدو بالمشاركة و كانت الإجراءات طويله للرد من الجهه المختصه، و بعدين بكل بساطه يردون الجهات بعد إمكانية التنفيذ بكل بساطه، اولا الأشخاص المسؤولين عن إدارة البرنامج ليس لديهم الخبر الكافيه لتوزيع الاقتراحات للجهات المختصة. ثانيا لا توجد رقابه او مسؤولية على الدوائر الحكومية للتعاون. لن يكون هناك فعالية للبرنامج تذا لم يتم اصدار قرار بشأن تنفيذها. ويجب ان يكون هناك متابعه ويجب ان يكون هناك حقوق النشر لهذه الإقتراحات لتجنب السرقه
