The most critical feature of Sara Plus is to be able to enter an order and it doesn't do it. The feature shows up as an option but once you click on it, it shows reporting info instead. Please have your developer fix this. Companies are paying quite a bit to have access to this app. Once fixed, I will update this review!

The need for the dealer to manage more of their business in one simple interface was heard and SARA Plus is the answer. Fully integrated AT&T/DIRECTV and Viasat order entry are now complemented by a full Business Management suite including Inventory Management, Scheduling, Pay Management/Reconciliation, and Reporting. SARA Plus now has everything the dealer needs to run their business.

The SARA Plus mobile application allows Installers and dealers to interact with SARA Plus from their smartphones and tablets. Inventory and jobs can be updated in real time to inform dealers where their installers are and ensure installers have the most up to date job schedule and inventory.
