About this app

If you have a business and at least one field worker (Technician or salesman - employee performs work in several sites every day) this app will be a great app for you.

This app will enable you to do the field worker list of customers and addresses schedule from your office computer using Excel, and Internet.

The app will allow the field worker implement quickly and correctly the tasks.

Field worker can scroll the list of customers and addresses, and when he click on one of the lines, a screen with customer information will appear. This screen will enable you to contact quickly to the customer, and enable to navigate to the customer by using Waze.


The app will allow the field worker change the schedule in case he must do other day schedule or two schedules for any reason

The app will allow weekly schedule, in this case you should enable "weekly mode" on setting menu and then on the end of the setting menu screen update schedule for every day of the week.
Alternatively you can use daily schedule by typing the daily date (in style 03.08.13) on the excel file , in this case you should enable "weekly mode" on setting menu and then disable it .

Quick Setup

If working in an area without Internet connection the app will continue to function subject to certain restrictions

If you change schedule from office computer, the field worker can refresh data from app.


You get The app tracks with a random file.
Here is the instruction to update file.
First of all, open an account Dropbox free account with your own password, you should install Drop Box program on your computer Dropbox for quick access and place the virtual folder on your desktop.
Now download this file https://www.dropbox.com/s/4pztmskrerprz9q/client.xlsm

Add this excel file to the Dropbox folder on your desktop.
You can open this file 'make sure that you enable the macro.
Now you can update your schedule.

Whenever you exit the excel file with save
You also created another file that ends with .TXT.

You should place the mouse over the TXT file and then right-click
Please select Share Dropbox Link.

A window will appear on bottom screen please click on it and it will open a browser with a DOWNLOAD button.
You should place the mouse over DOWNLOAD button then Right click .
Please select Copy Address Shortcut.
Now open new Word file , place the mouse over it and then right-click ,
Please select paste.
This long line should contain something like hundred characters.

Inside the app you should click on the options menu button (the left button of the smartphone below the screen) and select Settings Icon
Update the long line into the Dropbox ShareLink item.
