Dropin Direct Advance is a remote video inspection platform servicing the insurance industry.

Using our desktop platform, an insurance professional enters the phone number and email of the Droperator. Then, the dedicated Droperator is notified via an SMS on their smartphone. The Droperator then clicks the link on SMS and starts streaming instantly. The Droperator is able to communicate with the insurance professional and capture all requested photos and video of the damaged property.
