Excellent app, presentable cars & drivers. Minor map accuracy and might call at inappropriate times if you rate below 4 stars. Requires a "success" message once you successfully top up.

Great service and cars. Drivers are excellent. App needs to add multi-destination, and sometimes the car tracking isn't accurate and shows car changing location erratically.

1. The application does not show the real ETA . 2. The application doesn't show any guidance on how to act when the driver is late or does not even show up. 3. The trip can only be cancelled after 2 mins when in reality any ETA is more than that time. 4. The drivers location is not updated on the application's map according to his real movement. The small car remained on the same spot throughout the entire ride. 5. Only topup is allowed. No cash options. 6. Some drivers are not polite& rude.
