Our network is open in the full sense of the term: the owner of a monitor in any part of the world with Internet access can connect to our network and offer advertising space, while the prospective advertiser can choose where and when to display his advertising after logging on to his personal account on our site. Thus, each monitor in our network behaves like a global advertising vending machine.
