Downloaded app, then tried to enter my CC info 4 times before it finally worked (automated, so no, it wasn't a typo). It said "ruh roh, something went wrong on our end." Then, it finally worked, and it gave me the same "ruh roh" error when I tried to unlock the unit (I tried 5+ times both on/off Wi-Fi). So, I tried calling the provided customer service # and it just rang and rang. How could I trust leaving my dog in there after that?? Cool concept, terrible technology/customer experience.

Update: 06/28 - App now works as promised! Unfortunately my dog did not have the temperment to be left alone. I can see this being great for other owners though! // Previous Review from May: App won't allow me to see TOS. Also asks for a LOT of info before being able to see where the closest locations are. I was unable to finish creating the account, as it keeps getting stuck. Can update score if app starts to work. Running on Galaxy 8+. Update: I gave up on TOS. Screen wouldn't scroll.

Great idea, but the app needs work. Using it on my Pixel phone- I can see the map and reserve, but the menu won't open, so I can't see or edit anything else. I have no idea if it charged me or how much.

1 star because it requires credit card info and phone number verification before even being able to access the app. seems sketchy to me. was curious and would be willing to pay after having a chance yo browse and see where services are offered... but simce when are you supposed to give sensitive info before buying. its like walking in the door to walmart and them asking wait a second let me see your credit card first ....
