About this app

Discovery Learning Experience was founded by two teachers who combined have 33 years of teaching experience.

As teachers, they have personally faced the challenges of teaching the district curriculum, keeping up with pacing plans, improving test scores, while challenging and meeting the diverse needs and interests of each and every child. As a result, the founders of Discovery Learning Experience realized the need and importance of an after-school enrichment program to extend children’s learning and experiences beyond the classroom.

The founders of Discovery Learning Experience introduced the concept of an after-school enrichment program to their school in 2000. With their combined professional experience and training you can be reassured that your child will indeed benefit from a quality after-school program.

Additionally, the founders are both parents and understand how expensive raising children are and therefore the need for quality yet affordable programs.
