If you just want to write invoices, SimpleInvoicer is the right IT solution for you. You write or prepare your invoices remote using your smartphone and you print it at the office or at home, using SimpleInvoicer desktop.
SimpleInvoicer is for simple invoicing without any management overhead. You write your invoices like you always did. There is no need to manage addresses, products or services.

For the time being, SimpleInvoicer supports eight languages and includes 35 countries that relate to these languages. This makes sure that you get your currency symbol, on the screen and on the written invoice.
Some details of SimpleInvoicer's functionality
Address
You write your address in whatever format. The address is stored as such on your smartphone, separately from your, probably private, address registry. Whenever you need the same address again, just type a fraction of it and SimpleInvoicer retrieves the whole address from its own storage. You can also click the upper button just right of the address field to open a list of all your stored addresses and select an address from there.
For privacy reasons, SimpleInvoicer does not touch the address book of your smart phone.
Summary of the invoice
The purpose of the description field is certainly obvious to you: it host a brief summary of the invoice.
Dates
Each invoice has a date and usually a due date. By default both dates are 14 days apart. However, you can adapt this time span to your indiviual needs by simply changing the due date.
Invoice datails
On the mobile version you have ten invoice positions. The desktop version can host up to fifty positions.
Quantity field
Quantities rarely come without units. SimpleInvoicer accepts any kind of unit as long as it comes with a figure!
Unit price
Here you set your price of the product or service addressed in this single invoice position. You may use point or comma as decimal point.
Description field
It hosts the details of the product or service addressed in this position.
Net total
You guess right, the net total is the result of multiplying the unit price with the quantity. However, it can be the result, too, deducted from the position total, if you don’t specify any quantity or unit price, but a position total (including VAT).
VAT
Ususally there is no much variation in the VAT rate. SimpleInvoicer puts the standard rate (in percent) you specified in your individual settings. If the actual invoice position requires an exception, you may specify here. Please keep in mind to put the percent value and not the absolute value! The absolute value appears just below!
Position total
If unit price, quantity and VAT are set, SimpleInvoicer puts the calculated value into this slot. However, you prefer or require the other way around, you specify here the total balance of the position let SimpleInvoicer do the rest of the calculation.
Discount
In some cases you allow your clients a small discount. Just press the button and specify it, again in percent. You can fix a specific date, too, until the client should pay the reduced amount.
Link the mobile version with the desktop version - data transfer in your WLAN. Within your WLAN segment you can transfer your data between SimpleInvoicer’s mobile version and the desktop version.
Please be aware that the link between your phone and the desktop version is open just for one session. If you want to repeat the transfer you have to start the communication anew.
Zero-decimal currencies
The currency you use doesn’t know any fractions, such as cents for instance? In your settings, you can tick a box telling SimpleInvoicer that your amounts should be displayed without decimals! If you do so, it displays your invoice amounts without decimals!
