Here no option to.give rating in negative otherwise i give only in negative may be - 100🙁This is the worst laundry i have ever seen. No surty for your cloth also. They will never give delivery at time. They will cheat you. They are having hiding charge also. If you ask for delivery date they will not give exact date and time. Worst service and group's of fraud peoples .

Worst ever service i have seen in my lifetime... When you enquiry they will say yes to everything but will do exactly what they want... Delivery no guarantee, if it is one month also don't get surprised... That is fab fresh... Have little ethics before starting a business... Keep customer requirements and satisfaction in mind... I am surprised how play store is allowing such app to be listed.. I am going to write in all possible channel so that someone else is not the victim of them... I will update my status after receiving my garments after seeing the condition...

Worst app I have ever seen.. I placed an order 3 times and they cancelled all time.. after that they call themselves and assure you that it will be done this time and again they cancelled. Seriously worst app ..

This has to be the worst laundry service that I have used! Do not even know where to start with the flaws. 1. Pick and delivery never happens on time. Expect delays. How much delays? That's based on your luck! 2. Customer Service is pathetic. When enquired about delays, they blatantly lie. About how delivery would have within the next couple of hours. Felt this thrice for the same order. 3. Operations: What is supposed to be the core of the business, is their weakest link. They lost one of my t-shirts and claim that it didn't happen. Furthermore they send back clothes with holes in them! Which laundry company drills holes on to your clothes to tag them? Get your act together Fabfresh! By far the worst laundry service seen.

So bad! They have reached some new level of inefficiency. Your clothes will not come back on time if you give them - but new ones because they will take ages to return your clothes.
