About this app

Hail Chasers is a worldwide job listing app for the paintless dent removal industry. This app allows users to act as a broker or a technician. Brokers will post jobs on the app and while technicians will apply for jobs listed on the app. Brokers will be able to review the technician’s experience and past feedback to choose the best technician for their job opening. The broker then will offer the job to a technician. Once a technician accepts a job, an independent contractor agreement is created and emailed to both parties.

Users will be asked to update their current work status once a week. They can also change their availability status anytime it changes. This information will determine if the user is looking for work or not looking for work. The user can set their desired working areas so they can receive job listings in these areas. In certain instances, technicians may receive a call directly if they are close to a job and available for work.

During the hiring process, the broker and technicians are able to text using our in-app messaging feature. Brokers and technicians are able to leave feedback on their experience with each other which create a transparent profile of the users for future jobs. Our community blacklist allows our users to list any company or person to alert other users of problems that they may have had with this company or person. Users will be able to search for companies and/or people before deciding to business with them. The community blacklist may be a tool for users to put pressure on someone who they believe did them wrong. If the parties involved work things out, users can delete their blacklist posting. Users are able to blacklist anyone including brokers, technicians, dealerships, body shops, insurance adjusters, or anyone that they feel should be listed on the blacklist.

While building your user profile, users will be asked to fill out their experience in the PDR industry. This information will be used in their broker and technician profiles. Users that have retail locations are able to list their locations on the app. Referrals that come into Hail Chasers will be sent to these retail locations. There is no cost for listing retail locations on the app.

Users will be rewarded for using the app and referring other users to join the app. Users that refer 5 other users will receive a free Hail Chasers blending hammer. Once a user completes 2 contracts on the app, they will be rewarded with the Hail Chasers carbon fiber hail rod. The free blending hammer and hail rod are only available while supplies last and only available to the lower 48 states of the US. Hail Chasers is launching a new PDR tool line. We are working on finalizing some new patented tools for the industry. These tools will be sold on our website.

This app was built for the paintless dent removal industry and to be used worldwide. The purpose of the app is to increase the amount of work for technicians. Technicians will be able to see jobs that are offered in other countries during their offseason. When a storm is coming to an end and a technician is working 2-3 days, he/she will be able to find extra work to fill their week. Have a friend out of your service area that needs some PDR, post a job and let someone locally take care of the dent. Local technicians will be able to get the help they need when they experience a hail storm.
