[As of 20 May 2021] Can't even open the app. When I tap on the Metro icon on my homepage, it doesn't bring me to the Metro app, the app shuts down instead. Using Android 10, Sony Xperia 1.

After I browse an item and add to cart, I want to continue shopping. But when I click back, it goes back to the top of the previous page, not the last item I was looking at. The lists are long... So it's really frustrating that I have to scroll to where I was last viewing each time. I'd give up trying to browse after a while. Not a great user experience. Also it would be helpful to have more product specifications, Eg. Dimensions and pictures.

Useless app. Keeps getting kicked out. Can't logged in even though password is correct. Requests for password reset through email are ignored. Don't understand why Metro even bothers to come up with an app that nobody is managing.
