Honestly? You have to create an account (hint you don't need to give them your number) and even then you still can't do anything because you need to download more software. They have the Okay/Cancel button switched around so you're always pressing cancel (the fact cancel is in bright green and okay is in black is just utterly stupid)....the you need to pay on top of all that too!!!! Yup I'm taking my business elsewhere..I'm not paying when you treat us like this.

They advertise remote connections, but you can't connect without paying them monthly. Don't install thinking you can port forward, because the programmers want money. Wasted all that time setting it up, only to uninstall. Avoid if you are going for a DIY solution.

Great app when/if it works. I set up a simple server with one camera on a decently powerful laptop to run when I'm at work. Problem is that the server is frequently unavailable and the camera flickers randomly. Basically if something goes wrong and you're not there you're gonna be blind until you can get to the main device running your server. I'd say there's a 30% chance your cams run all day with no issues. This app could be so amazing if it just worked without so much everyday hassle.

It does nothing. Asks to add a server, pops up casually: "7 days trial remaining"

Seemless app. Have been using it for months to keep an eye on progress with a home remodeling. Added a smartphone camera very easily the other day, which surprised me. The "agent" itself works pretty well once installed and configured, even running when I'm not actually logged into Windows (e.g. at the login screen), though it does occasionally appear to just not run at startup, and there's no way to troubleshoot, as it doesn't have a user interface. Doesn't work with Android 10.

I like this software and I think the features are great. I was actually going to pay for it until I found out that this company wants a subscription monthly to use the software for more than two cameras! that's a whopping $100 per year at $7.95/month for the basic subscription. this pricing is absolutely ridiculous. did the creators not know that there are competitors selling similar software for a flat fee? "Developer in a box" you really need to look at the market you're in
