Still works just fine. No idea why people complain. Just sign up, follow the process. If something doesn't work contact them. They actually do answer. When the mobile app servers get maintenance or go down, contact the company and they will fix it. If the app is down use the web version. I am using the app on Android 9 and on older versions. Works a lot better than some of the newer apps like Reolink where if you reset the phone, boom all your cameras are gone.

Used this app for some time. Now it has completely stopped working - just hangs. Can't tell if it even actually logs in. There have been no updates for some time. Developers have not bothered to reply. This is really bad advert for a famous company. Not only has this app stopped working, but the GlobalGuard setup program for my PC has also stopped. Going to write to Which magazine & the CEO of Response. Great disappointment after spending nearly £800 on sensors & now the camera can't be viewed

Edit; has been offline a week....Works fine on latest Android and with latest Opera browser. Guess they've fixed the problem now, that a lot of these people were complaining about. Edit: found some bugs, not updating program list from control panel, thinks internet is disconnected when phone is in sleep. Logging out then in fixes it.

Shame there isn't a zero star. It's always been a poor app but now it won't even allow a login, so absolutely useless to remotely manage your system. Why doesn't the developer update the app to make it work with the latest version of Android?

Rubbish app. Will not even connect. Look elsewhere for a system.
