No driver support at all. Constantly being sent to closed restaurants as orders were submitted to the customer days ago. Constantly receiving orders from 20 kilometres away in the next town for €8 so thee customer never get a driver because the Newbridge/Naas map is too big. If I go to a closed restaurant, my app is gone for the day and night as there is no way of resetting the app via no rider support here in Ireland

would be better if there was a notification sound when orders are coming through instead of just vibrate. also ability to see customers address/location would be helpful while waiting to pick up order so can plan the route in advance and save time

I have been using this app for long time.It was simple to use. After recent update it has stopped showing the location map of customers while we waiting in the restaurant. It was useful for me to find my right direction. Another one is missing, To show the staff the order number there was an option to hold the screen to show the number from long distance. It was helpful. And the care for riders is a far cry recently. It was good before.

The app is not working - does not load not doing anything just says ERROR when I click the icon app. States SERVER ERROR I have updated the app many times but the same problem still persists. NEEDS TO BE SORTED ASAP so I can give a better rating.

The latest version of this app is faulty and deceitful as regards distances to the restaurant and to the customer. I have observed that the app indicates shorter distances whereas the real distances to travel are much longer. I had a case where the app displayed 523m from restaurant to customer but after collecting the order and clicking on Go to Customer the distance displayed 1700m. It wasn't like that before the newest updates. Such disparity in the distances should be adjusted for clarity.

Lots of errors, address and map pin always errors, useless CS can't even know the difference and wants riders waste time and fuel to the other errors pin to completed. Lots of hijacked orders which you waste time to go to the restaurant and will not get compensation. Advise and warnings, don't be greedy on high fees which is far pickup, reach there the order actually is hijacked and waste your time to go there.
