Worst customer service ever, no updates when you contact at the provided numbers. Call once yourselves to know more. When the going gets tough switching off there numbers or disconnecting is what I observed on 11/4/18 from 6:57pm till the time of filling this report 9:26pm that would be. Hat's off, their time is valuable and not mine, not even do they care to explain the issue. Very unhappy with the service. Yet again on 10/10/18, 1:35pm i recharge via Paytm, and guess what instead of resuming my connection was terminated, while my disconnection date was 10/10/18. Wow hat's off. After repeated requests and unanswered calls. It remains deactivated till filling this report.

Lost connection couple of days back. Contacting cable people, but they didn't fixed the problem yet and not proper response from them.
