Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Cisco dCloud Contact Center on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.
  4. Wait a few seconds for the installation to complete. Once done, the installed app will appear on the BlueStacks home screen. Click its icon to start using the application.

Using LDPlayer

  1. Download and install LDPlayer from https://www.ldplayer.net.

About this app

Cisco dCloud provides Customers, Partners and Cisco Employees with a way to experience Cisco Solutions. This Mobile App will serve as an entry point & augment our Contact Center demonstration & lab solutions. Users of the mobile application will be able to move data into the demonstration environment (Mock Data). This mobile application will be synced with a mobile manager server within the demonstration environment and will only be used in conjunction with scheduled content available on the Cisco dCloud Platform.

The dCloud Contact Center mobile app helps you deliver more effective Contact Center demos. It provides the following capabilities:

1) Integrate the mobile channel into the Contact Center demonstration environment
2) Push mock data into the demonstration for a more realistic customer experience
3) Select your vertical for the demonstration (i.e. Retails, Finance, Healthcare, etc.)
4) Receive push notifications from the Contact Center agent
