सिविल डिफेंस कोर के सभी सदस्यों ने 1962, 1965 और 1971 के युद्धों के दौरान अलग-अलग नागरिक रक्षा सेवाओं के आयोजन में सक्रिय भाग लिया और युद्ध में समुदाय के नुकसान को कम करने और युद्ध के बाद के प्रभावों से उबरने में मदद की।

एक उपयोगकर्ता आपदाओं के समय ऑफ़लाइन उपयोग के लिए डेटा डाउनलोड कर सकता है, जिसके दौरान संचार सुविधाएं उपलब्ध नहीं हो सकती हैं। इसमें महत्वपूर्ण अस्पतालों के सभी उपयोगी टेलीफोन नंबर और सीधे कॉलिंग सुविधा के साथ विभिन्न हेल्पलाइन शामिल हैं। एप्लिकेशन में दिल्ली नागरिक सुरक्षा के सभी जिला कार्यालयों के संपर्क नम्बर के साथ-साथ इलाके के सभी वरिष्ठ वार्डन के मोबाइल नम्बरों का सारांश भी दिया गया है, जिनसे किसी भी आपदा की स्थिति में मदद के लिए संपर्क किया जा सकता है।
