The new upgrade is buggy. When I try to add a new connection, 'continue' button dissappears. Even the Day time package details are incomplete. The solution given by Mobitel to clear cache and data does not work. Contonue button is hidden below the accessible area. OTP never seems to be coming. Can we revert back to older version.

The app is really convienient after the update. Things are pretty easy to do. The app works so perfectly on my samsung galaxy a30s device. I don't know about ohter devices and issues but it is really convienient for me! The only issue is, when there's signal issues app doesn't respond fast

I activated WA/Imo package from datamart app, but not showing in balance, but when we get a call suddenly showing the decrease update, When Calling Customer care they saying uninstall the app and reinstall, then it will be ok, I did that also but i have same problem untill now, i don't know whats wrong in this app, for your problem we have to spend our data, i really disappointed about this app

previous app better than this one its look very clear.major problem in this app can't add any additional number.I try to add extra data to my dongle from this app but I can't .in previous one if I login to my dongle app automatically get that mobile number and activate data package without asking any OTP. but in here when I go to add my dongle mobile number there is a a error message OTP sending failed.

I can't find the expiring date of content based plans in the app. Pls add an option to find the expiring date of these plans like normal data plans. In the dashboard it will be better if I can see the remaining data balance instead of total data amount which is useless in my opinion (seeing total data amount instead of remaining data balance is what is useless)

It had anytime data packages and they removed it, and the time based packages speeds are slow most of the time can't download anything. Getting worse everyday.. why mobitel? Still using because the money stays in SL. Please try to give competitive and fair data packages without limitation 😡🤮
