About this app

An appume is my resume reimagined as a mobile app. From there, you can view my "Who Am I?" page, certifications, skills, education, experience, recommendations and contact info. Contact information includes email address, phone number, links to my profiles on LinkedIn and GitHub as well as my portfolio of apps currently published on the Google Play Store along with links to rate and share my app.

My experience includes developing web applications using Apache Tomcat as a Web server as well as front end user interface design of Java-based GUI applications. In addition to debugging and developing code using NetBeans and Eclipse as an integrated development environment (IDE), I designed user interfaces using Java as a Web presentation layer that was deployed on the production server. I also performed PHP development work using Linux as the operating environment along with relational database technologies such as Lucene Solr and MongoDB and PHPUnit for unit testing.

I presently work in the Java development space with plans to learn JQuery, Struts, Spring, MVC and unit testing using JUnit in my next role. Would like to expand my level of knowledge to include mobile application development and design patterns to include class diagrams, sequence diagrams, triggers, database design as well as using the software development lifecycle. I also have exposure to the Android development space, publishing four apps to the Google Play Store.
