Below average could be so much better, keeps logging out, I have to take the app out of the background, restart it, just to be able to receive jobs. They are the biggest and most important things to work on for this app. Astheticaly it is pleasing to the eye, but it is causing problems also for our office as they can't track me as the app logs me out. I work for swift couriers in Newbury and all our drivers are having problems. It's not the hardware, it's the software. Please can you fix this.

After completing a Beta test last week, the feedback i had provided has been ignored and the test version has still been introduced. The Text Entry facility needs to be put back in for when you scan items, as when the scan facility fails (which it did during the test), you can use the Text Entry option to complete your POD and sign of the docket. Without, you are unable to complete each docket off, which can effect your invoice for work.

Slight improvement on the last version given that it works. However it still logs me out all the time. Being asked to repeatedly log in so I can receive jobs when driving on the motorway is not only illegal but clearly highly dangerous. Hopefully this gets sorted before there's a serious accident. Also why does the "archive" only keep completed jobs for a week? Considering how central this app is to everything, the fact it's so bad is nothing short of shocking.

Pleased to say the app now works on my Note 10 but, there are issues... 1. After you successfully clise out a job, the app goes ''blank'' and you cannot continue without restarting. 2. After a undefined amount of time the app will randomly kick you out, you will then have to restart the app to continue. 3. The app doesn't register that you've arrived, even if you click the arrived button. It would be nice if these issues were sorted as they're costing me and my business money... Unacceptable.
