Using BlueStacks

Totally impractical app. The control panel does nothing except operate the scanner as a desk lamp or a night light for the faint of heart. The pathetic manual had no guide or suggested operation of the app. The illustrations for device controls are generally illegible anyway. The scanner does work, not as well as my 3 sheet feed Brothers, but it handles books well, it is just phone control is useless.

I shouldn't need a password to log in to an app to control my lamp. Maybe put the controls on the lamp itself next time, but until then please fix the app. Sound control is neat and works well, but it should be a convenience, not an annoyance.

App unusable which makes scanner unusable. Could not get past user registration. Never got a validation code to continue through the process. Extremely disappointing and frustrating.

Won't download after 3 hours of trying, 2 phones, neighbors wifi, direct Verizon, never completely downloads so can't use wifi function. There is a reason rated 1.3 over 30 reviews. Just got download after 4 hrs. Now wont accept scanned QR code after 1.5 hours of attempts.

New version available but can never install it, I Even uninstalled it and reinstalled but still same message... I scan, I see files, I convert them to pdf but can't find them in pdf version later... Not user friendly at all

Android 9 on a Nokia 5.1: App installs, but crashes on start. Can't review it, but would love to, as I can't control my CZUR Aura lamp mode anymore.
