This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Cytracom Mobile on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. The app is very easy to use, and looks great! A few bugs I've found: Calls are being flagged improperly ie inbound calls are getting flagged as missed even though I answered them. While on a call, if someone else calls you your phone vibrates which causes a very unpleasant noise for the person on the other end.

Terrible app. I don't get my calls half the time and the other time the caller can't hear me!

I miss calls and texts all the time there is a massive delay and half the time when I do get texts it won't let me view them

When a call comes in my phone rings. And rings and rings and rings and never stops until I reset it.

Doesn't ring most of the time, and now I can't login to the agent queue. "Invalid number" dialing *01, *00, *01 .... nothing but problems since I started using this app.

Does not work as described. I have to uninstall and reinstall multiple times daily for it to work. Trying to find an alternative so I can kick this to the curb.

With this release, we added a link to Cytracom’s release notes in the menu. We also added a permission request which will alleviate the issues where the Cytracom app would audibly ring while on a cellular call.
