I was able to create my account, a login and make 1 payment using the app...but only one time; and after that it logged me out and told me that my username and password combination was incorrect...so I changed my password, thinking that would help...but I was wrong because literally right after that, it said the same thing. So I am very dissatisfied and disappointed in this app! This app doesn't even deserve the one star rating I gave it!

It sucks cause it wont let you enter your credit card exp date and after sending SEVERAL MESSAGES to the contact number regarding this i have yet to receive a response!! And gosh forbid you have more than one unit your gonna pay an additional $3.95 CONVENIENCE FEE!!

Utter trash app. Different registration/login from the website. Features don't work. Adding fingerprint breaks the functionality. Password resets take 15 minutes to allow logging in. Tech support being fed the wrong information from developers. Totally awful experience.

Keeps crashing, pay button was greyed out after I entered all the fields, "unable to determine location" keeps popping up when I'm paying bill. Went on website to pay, and it didn't recognize my account so I had to register again...

The app doesn't work. I can never login. It tells me password or email is incorrect. But can login to the website with the same info.
