IT WON'T LET ME LOG IN! It says it can't find my cell phone number, my employee ID is invalid data and it won't send code to my email. This program SUCKS

Will not connect. Keeps saying "service unavailable" after I enter a verification code it sent my email and device. Then if I try again, it won't even send a verification code, just says "service unavailable". Have been trying for 3 days to connect. Even uninstalled and reinstalled the app.

The last update on Mar 12, 2021 got rid of the push notification reminders and now I'm getting emails to remind to screen? I didn't opt in for emails and distinctly don't want them as they get lost in my inbox. Please fix this app for Android.

I did have some of the same issues listed below, emailed the support and within the hour it was fixed. Some people need to take initiative instead of assuming everything is going to work perfectly all the time.

I get screening requests for my child but the app can never find them, then crashes every time. Absolutely zero functionality. IDK how garbage like this is allowed into the Play store, much less required by my kids' school district.
