Can not scan black matboard, so when you go to enter code manually a screen pops up and says 'Unfortunately, Crescent Rewards has stopped'. Probably that's what Crescent company wants to happen.

Shuts down immediately. Have contacted sales rep & IT, no one knows why. I figure it's because I have an older android (Galaxy 3) phone. They should not offer a program that can't be used by all.
