Once i downloaded directly from the email message on the phone it was a smooth operation. Passport photo took a few goes to line up and had to set NFC to on on my phone. Usually leave that set to off for security reasons. Would use App again.

Seemed easy to use. Couldn't pick up the chip in the passport using NFC but then they never can at passport control either. App was quick to download and layout and appearance was good.

The process it's smooth but the assumption that people have a passport or a that all countries provide IDs with a chip it's ridiculous, the app should be designed to not make discriminations of sort and grant everybody a usage without disadvantages, as well partners using Credas should discourage from using the service for company formation if passport or ID with chip are not available.

Outdated software, that makes uploading much more long winded than needed. E. G finding date of birth, you should have the option of just typing in rather than having to scroll back 40 calendar years!

Stupid app, took ages to work and does not allow a couple with one smart phone to do the needed. Much easier to give the documents to copy and do away with this app.

Having used other ID verification services I have found Credas to be the easiest and most efficient to use. Instructions are clear and easy to follow. The process is quick and well designed.
