When we first heard about this app we thought it was gonna pave the way to improving the company and our work flow. However lately it's becoming a bigger issue than the old app. Calls don't come through, calls don't refresh, closed calls come back, and the app sends us known calls randomly throughout the day, even at early hours. We are unable to log out of the app. Most of the material outside of calls is useless to us since we don't have the equipment. Support offers no consistant solutions.

Does not notify when you receive a new call, constantly notify that the app is still running in back ground. At times can take a very long time to refresh it's self.
