Finally. Another lead base service that works like old Thumbtack. Platform is easy once you get the hang of it. Leads come in a lot. Just like other lead base services, you will need refunds, and there isn't any hoops, or 30minute phonecalls and transfers to other people telling you no, and getting you angry. That's the best part. Leads are well priced. Their hotleads is a great option. Only downfall is the app is a bit buggy. Best company of them all I've tried hands down. Highly recommend!

Leads are horrible. Half the time people aren't even looking for roofs (my trade). The worse part is that craft jack send 5+ contractors to a homeowner. Homeowners even complain to me about how annoying it is, they hang up, they yell because they get annoyed. I'm not sure if they put these 5 in a specific order for the contrsctor phone calls. It seems I'm normally the last and take the heat for the pissed off people that would have potentially become customers. This lead generator is horrible!

The app is very basic ill say not much to it... the service is the major downside of this if you never used craft jack for a personal experience ill tell you its not worth it at all. 1) high priced low quality leads. 2) 1 out 7 lead are window shoppers and the other 6 leads would not even answer the phone. 3) If by any chance you get a customer thru here would not be any better whatsoever that getting from free classified adds or low cost lime Craigslist, not difference with Craigslist but cost

First week I was getting decent leads after that it seemed like I was getting recycled leads. I know they were recycled cause I I was called out a couple house three or four times. when they realiz ed I was not going to back down about payin for trash leads they shut my acct down and banned me. And I'm in roofing for 11 years ZERO call back on my repairs. I'll pull my comment when they make a change...

I've used a couple of different sites for contractor leads and Craft Jack is by far the most informative, the most fair, and the most aware of their clients abilities and needs. I am very pleased with the service they provide and the flow of contacts they disperse. Thank you Craft Jack. My recommendation is 100% YES!!!! If you need help, Craft Jack is your answer.

Leads only show automated phone number, as opposed to the webapp which gives you the client's personal number. Other than that, nice and simple design.
