I have installed in on Snopow M8 and after entering correct login data I see only white screen and nothing else. Also it is problem to get back, as the back or home does not work, after several pressing of them I finally got into luncher.

Update: This seems to function now. Not sure what update did it, but NT authentication is working. Just as a warning, I tried logging in without the domain in the username, and it caused the app to display a white screen and crash. After clearing the cache and force closing, then adding the domain to my username, it opens fine. It also will not let me make any changes to a ticket other than making a comment. If I try to assign it, change the priority, etc., it just crashes.
