Good concept. Horrible execution. App lags and freezes all the time. Says I'm offline when I'm not. And no matter what I do it will not send me notifications when I'm sent vehicles. But only when logged in as 1 of my 3 accounts

Errors stay on , no way to delete, Completed loads are stacking up No way to remove these, same with cancelled loads now have passed 1000 completed ... Now to make an appt to get in to office system is locked till 8 am then it's a race to sign in . I arrive an hr early to beat trains and watch others pull in after me and will get signed in first. Not like we can stand in line in the weather anymore. I pulled for a top 5 buyer in columbus but treated like a 1 time buyer.

The App itself is okay to use, However the wait time once I have clicked arrived and gotten my paperwork is absolutely ridiculous. One hour or better most of the time just to get one car. My grandmother could move faster.

Great to get appointments and if there is storage on a vehicle before you get there. Some yards don't clear from off-site pick-up locations ie Chicago. Very smooth interface! Great job.

I do not like this app it doesnt have a very good interface for the business owners to be able to make decisions or switch what lots is on which truck and driver

On behalf of every towtruck driver I say your app SUCKS. My biggest problem is your consistent updating and not being able to upload images from a devices storage. I'm sick of having to do everything 2 or 3 times over because your app does this.
