I like the app but quite frustrated after paying for the pro license. The main reason I upgraded was the cloud sync functionality. I have the auto feature on, but new files aren't backing up unless I manually sync. I have reached out multiple times to the support email address in the app and haven't gotten a response. Quite frustrated because I like the scanner tool but feel like I got ripped off with the pro version. I'm going to dispute this charge and see if I can get a refund.
