When I call the number after hours I don't have the automated option to pay my bill. I forget my password a lot and need this to be more convenient for paying for my electric....

You guys really need to actually test an app out before releasing it. After creating my new account it told me it was a success, then when I hit okay it asked me "are you sure you want to leave, all unsaved progress...." AFTER it had accepted my account. Also I use a password manager like a responsible human being, that way I can have secure passwords, but your app won't let me paste my 20+ character password, or let the app autofill it. This is extremely not convenient. Come on guys...

I had my account # and could not set up the payment because it wanted phone or last billed amount. Why make it so complicated? Folks just want to pay you.
