Previously it was good. Now it is not responding at all.I am trying on different mobiles but the problem persists. It seems the new update caused the problem. For your consideration.

I cant change my phone number in the app. Also there is no sync between the app and the jo post database. The app allowed me to renew my mailbox subscription at the end of 2019. Now the app shows that my subscription is not renewed for 2020 because I renewed before 1-1-2020!! Why would the app allow me to do that in the first place if it is too early to renew. Is this app being developed by a bunch of fresh graduates?!

It was working great before, but now it's not. First off, I wanted to check my inbox for any notifications, I realized that my P.O. Box had completely disappeared and been removed. I tried adding it again, but the app freezes and keeps spinning. I uninstalled it and reinstalled, now I can't even login!

Full of bugs. When you report issues to custemer service they promise to fix the problem but then nothing changes and they never get back to you. The database used by the application is just old copy of Jordan Post database and changes are not reflected between the databases.

Should improve the technical details like the part when we should upload the ID photos.. the photos never upload!! cant locate my address on the map the app provide to add my address cause your map doesn't move. The app asks for bldng number to add your address,and you can't add the address without it.. our building doesn't have a number yet..
