This app was working great until one day I tried to scan in and a message popped up saying your device is not registered or has no data available at this provider. I can no longer use the app. I need this fixed ASAP!

I have the newest version of the app and it will not allow me to sign in or out. It also cuts off half the words so instead of saying "scan" it says "sca"
