Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing TraceableLIVE ™ on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.

Is anyone getting the push alerts via the app? I can get updates and track the change in temperature but I'm not getting any of the push notifications. I like the idea of the app but I'm not sure if it's effectiveness.

It doesn't respect your do not disturb settings and alarms whenever it crosses your alarm setpoint, whether going up or down.

Trying to open the device crashes the app

Current version of the app does not work. Previous versions have been inconsistent. I would reconsider using this system for temperature monitoring if you hadn't already wasted your money on it.
